The terms of service are as follows:

1、 Product quality commitment
1. In strict accordance with the requirements of the contract, provide products that meet the design standards and are of qualified quality.
2. Strictly check and control the incoming quality of raw materials and supporting parts.
3. Take full responsibility for the supply, quality, equipment performance, technical interface, service and other issues of the subcontractor involved in the supplier.
4. Provide relevant standards and drawings to the purchasing unit according to the contract, and provide convenience for use.
5. If the product fails to meet the standard specified in the contract, we are willing to repair or replace it unconditionally.
6. In the process of installation, if there is any quality problem in the product, we undertake to deal with it first and clarify the responsibilities, and take meeting the needs of the project schedule as the criterion.
2、 Delivery commitment
1. Strictly follow the delivery order and time specified in the contract to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
2. Ship in time in strict accordance with the contract.
3. Actively cooperate with the customer's quality inspection during delivery.
3、 Technical service commitment
1. Provide the demander with the technical data and drawings specified in the contract in time. If necessary, the buyer shall be invited to participate in the design review of the supplier.
2. Arrive at the site for technical service according to the time required by the demander within the specified time, and guide the demander to install, step by step and adjust according to the requirements of the supplier's technical data and drawings
3. Strictly implement the minutes or agreements signed by the supplier and the demander on major issues.
4. Provide or guide on-site the service related to equipment installation, commissioning, use and maintenance technology for the demander according to the contract.
5. Strengthen pre-sale, in sale and after-sale services, and implement "timely and effective service", "advanced service" and "whole process service" in the whole process of product manufacturing, installation and commissioning.
6. After receiving the quality feedback information from the demander, make sure to reply within 24 hours, or send service personnel to the site as soon as possible.
7. Meet the requirements of the buyer for product spare parts at any time.
